Hafsoos is a Paralegal at Domer Law. She is also a Licensed Worker’s
Compensation Representative (LWCR) and is licensed to appear before
the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development at
Worker’s Compensation hearings. She has over 15 years of
professional experience in the area of worker’s compensation law and
was previously employed as a claims examiner for a national worker’s
compensation insurance carrier. At Domer Law, Kelly is active with
all aspects of the client’s case file including regular
communication, reviewing medical records/reports and hearing
preparation.She maintains continuing legal education credits by regularly attending seminars on Worker’s Compensation Law topics. She was previously involved with teaching the Paralegal course on Worker’s Compensation at MATC when it was offered. Kelly is an active member of the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Paralegal Certificate from Concordia University. When not at work, Kelly enjoys to travel, the outdoors and—most of all—spending time with her family.
