Thomas Domer has over 30 years of experience representing injured workers in Wisconsin. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and his peers continually recognize him as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer for worker’s compensation.  Click here to view!

In his “spare” time, Tom teaches the worker's compensation course at Marquette University Law School—providing the instruction and training for many of the other lawyers in Wisconsin. He has been a professor at the law school for 15 years.

His passion for teaching worker’s compensation extends beyond the law school, and he lectures frequently around the state and the nation (including at the State Bar of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and the University of Wisconsin School for Worker's Compensation Institute). His national and international presentations on worker’s compensation practice and ethics for lawyers and law students—and long-term advocacy for injured workers— earned him election as a charter member of the American Bar Association’s College of Worker’s Compensation Lawyers.

Tom also remains an active member in the community. He tutors GED students at Milwaukee’s Adult Learning Center, and he has served on the Board (as past chair) at Dominican High School (where he met his wife, Mary, over 40 years ago).

Tom earned all his degrees in Wisconsin, including a B.A. (St. Norbert), M.A. (UW-Milwaukee), Ph.D. (Marquette), and J.D. (UW-Madison).
