Waukesha Workers’ Compensation Lawyers
At Domer Law, S.C., we devote our practice to representing injured Wisconsin workers. With more than 100 years of combined experience, we have helped thousands of clients recover the fair and just compensation they deserve. At our two convenient locations in Waukesha and Milwaukee, we serve people who have a broad range of backgrounds, jobs and injuries.
Some of the many cases we handle involve:
- Concussions and traumatic brain injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
- Hip replacements
- Repetitive stress injuries
- Mental illness
- Exposure to hazardous substances
- Knee replacements
Our attorneys continuously have been selected for inclusion to Wisconsin Super Lawyers or named Rising Stars. You can read the comments that our clients have left and refer to our previous case results to see our track record of excellent customer service and successful outcomes.
Knowledge On Which Others Rely
Our lawyers can say, quite literally, that they wrote the book on workers’ compensation law. “Wisconsin Workers’ Compensation Law,” the textbook that our attorneys Tom Domer and Charlie Domer authored, is used regularly by attorneys, judges and workers’ compensation officials. It is Volume 17 of the WI practice series and publishes new editions every year.
Proudly Giving Back To Our Community
We do more than just practice law. Our attorneys travel throughout the United States giving seminars on workers’ compensation issues and best practices. Additionally, they teach workers’ compensation law to law students, health care students and union representatives. Through this work, we have not only earned a reputation as informative authorities on workers’ comp law but also contributed to educating our fellow community members.
